Exchange And Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order. All you have to do is email us at support@printle.net with your name, order number and what you’d like to exchange.

We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office.


  • Items must be back to us within 30 days of you receiving the original order
  • Shirts cannot be worn or washed (trying the shirt on doesn’t count as worn)
  • Clearance shirts and Custom shirts are not able to be exchanged
  • International customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be available.

The return address is set by default to the Printle headquarters (19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311). When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printle HQ isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
